DAVISCO: Leading the Whey
At the IFT National Annual Meeting and Food Expo in Chicago, Davisco Foods International, Inc. will be Leading the Whey with high quality Grade A whey protein in dairy applications such as low fat ice cream. A new dairy application brochure will be available to customers along with a delicious sample of a low fat ice cream.
Hydrolyzed BiPRO (Whey Protein Isolate), is a new ingredient introduced in the fall of last year. Samples of a protein bar will be available for sampling to demonstrate superior flavor and eating quality utilizing the highest quality hydrolyzed whey protein for a meal replacement. New technologies in whey protein hydrolyzation have allowed the development of a clean flavored, highly functional, hydrolyzed whey protein. Workout gear will be raffled at the booth.
Versa PRO will be demonstrating the ability to lower finished product costs by replacing whole eggs in a shortbread cookie.
