Milk:

Milk Receiving:
- Receiving crews unload our raw milk and load-out pasteurized cream products
- 3 milk receiving bays unload at a rate of 7,350 lbs per minute
- 4 silos have 1.8 million lbs of milk storage capacity
Cheese Processing:
- Milk Pasteurizer processes 90,000 lbs of raw milk per hour
- 6 cheese vats have the capacity of 52,000 lbs of milk per vat

State of the Art:
- Le Sueur Cheese Company, a division of Davisco Foods International, Inc., employs 127 people in various capacities to operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our production run time averages 20 hours per day with a turnaround time equal to less than 4 hours. All process equipment and conveying lines are washed daily with state of the art automation capabilities.
