KRAFT PRESENTS EXCELLENCE AWARD TO SEVEN SUPPLIER PARTNERS
NORTHFIELD, IL, April 4, 2003 - Kraft Foods North America - a global leader in branded foods and beverages - announced that seven suppliers have been chosen as the recipients of the 2002 Kraft Foods Award for Supplier Excellence. They are:

- Davis, Mississauga, Ontario
- Davisco Foods International, Inc., Le Sueur, MN
- Foote, Cone & Belding, New York, NY
- Foth & Van Dyke & Associates, Inc., Green Bay, WI
- The Guild Group, White Plains, NY
- Warren Industries, Racine, WI
Kraft honors a select group of suppliers with this award each year. This year's winners were selected based on their performance
in sixty key areas - growth and innovation, quality, speed to market, cost efficiency, partnership and sustainability of
performance - the same criteria Kraft uses to evaluate the company's own performance.

Named "The Spiral," the award is comprised of a series of 10-inch beveled emerald glass panels rotated on an axis to
form a circle. It is meant to illustrate the integral relationship Kraft has with its suppliers and was created by Chicago artist
Jeph Bilsky.
