Davisco Foods is a international cheese and food ingredient company headquartered in Le Sueur, MN. Founded in 1943 by Stanley Davis, with his purchase of the St. Peter Creamery, Davisco is managed by Stanley's son, President Mark Davis, and his sons, Marty, Mitch, Matt and Jon. The Davis family owns cheese companies in Le Sueur, MN, Jerome, ID and Lake Norden, SD as well as food ingredient companies in Le Sueur and Nicollet, MN, Lake Norden, SD and Jerome, ID. Davisco has sales offices in Minneapolis, Geneva, Shanghai and world-wide strategic partners in the Middle East, Japan and Africa.
Davisco produces 370 million lbs. of cheese annually and is one of the largest suppliers to Kraft Foods. Davisco prides itself in its support of local communities by providing jobs and buying milk from regional farmers. A pioneer in whey protein isolate research, Davisco produces 10 million lbs. of whey protein isolates annually. Davisco is the industry leader in technology and production, accounting for 65% of whey protein isolates sold worldwide. Whey protein isolates are found in 50% of grocery products today, including sports drinks, reduced fat candies, low-fat salad dressings, infant formula, yogurts, dips, shelf-stable baking mixes, and low fat cheese sauces.

Whey Protein Institute - An educational website about whey proteins, was created by the Davis Family in 2001. The Whey Protein Institute was designed to build awareness of the excellent health and nutritional qualities of whey proteins.
Friendly Confines Cheese Shoppe - A baseball themed cheese shoppe located in Le Sueur, MN was founded in 2009 by the Davis family. The cheese shoppe offers a mix of world class cheeses and specialty foods.
Davis Family Dairies - Started in 2000 and includes Northern Plains Dairy and New Sweden Dairy. The New Sweden Dairy has an affiliation with the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. The University utilizes the dairy facilities for housing, teaching and demonstration in their program of teaching veterinary students, continuing education of industry professionals, and researching emerging products and practices.
Cambria - Natural Quartz Countertops, is also owned and operated by the Davis Family. Cambria is the only producer of natural quartz surfaces in the United States. All other quartz countertop brands are imported. With state-of-the-art facilities, combined with the work ethic of experienced employee teams, Cambria has rapidly become an industry leader.
